Addison
Addison packs a lot into one zip code. The Belt Line restaurant strip and the Quorum Drive office towers sit along the tollway, Addison Circle fills the middle with 1990s and 2000s apartment blocks, Vitruvian Park added newer buildings by Spring Valley, and the 1970s and 1980s townhomes around Les Lacs are the old Addison. Addison Airport takes up the northwest corner.
Housing here is renter-heavy and single-car, and the Mercedes-Benz that matches it is the compact: a C117 or C118 CLA, a GLA, a W205 C-Class or an X253 GLC, often leased for three years and then replaced or bought out. We hear a lot of lease-end anxiety from Addison Circle.
The office crowd drives something else. The garages under the Quorum towers hold W213 E-Class, GLE and S-Class sedans belonging to people who live in Plano or Preston Hollow. For them the useful service fits a workday: drop the car on the way in, approve the estimate by phone, collect it on the way home. The airport adds G-Class and AMG owners who leave the car for days.
Addison sits between a Mercedes dealer to the south near Love Field and another to the north on the tollway, each about fifteen minutes away, and we are twenty to thirty minutes east. People make the extra drive for priced ranges, a second opinion on a dealer estimate, and A/C work priced by what the system actually needs.
Eastbound I-635 from Midway or the tollway moves well before 8 am, so the practical pattern is to drop the car first thing, get back to the office by rideshare, and approve the estimate from your desk. We send the written finding by text or email; nothing beyond what you approve gets done.
For a diagnostic at 1–1.5 hours or a Service A it is reasonable to wait and drive back. For Airmatic or compressor work we agree a return date when you drop the car. Westbound LBJ stacks up through the High Five after 3:30 pm, so an early collection or the Belt Line and US-75 surface route home is worth planning.
Addison cars live on hot surfaces. The Belt Line lots are unshaded asphalt, the Quorum garages trap heat all afternoon, and valet stands idle cars with the A/C at full. By July the weak systems show themselves: a CLA that cools on the highway but not at the Belt Line lights usually has a low charge or a failing compressor clutch, and a GLC blowing cold on one side and warm on the other has a blend door actuator clicking behind the dash.
An evacuate and recharge is $189–$289 on R134a cars and $350–$550 on the R1234yf systems in most Addison leases built after 2017. A compressor is $1,200–$2,400, a blend door actuator $350–$750, and an evaporator, the job nobody wants because the dash comes out, $1,800–$3,200.
The turn-in inspection scores tires, brakes, glass, the service counter and warning lights, and charges retail for whatever is below standard. It is almost always cheaper to replace worn front pads before the inspection than to pay the lease company's rate afterward, and the same goes for an overdue Service A. We read the fault memory in XENTRY so an intermittent light does not surprise you.
Owners buying the car out at lease end have a different question: what the next three years look like. On the compact M270 and M260 engines and their dual-clutch gearboxes we go by reported patterns and what the car tells us in XENTRY, and put the likely items and their ranges in writing before the buy-out decision.

Belt Line heat sorts out the weak systems by July; R1234yf service on newer Addison leases is $350–$550 and a clicking blend door actuator $350–$750.

The workday starting point for a Quorum commuter: a $149–$229 session, a written finding by text, and a decision made from the office.

Lease compacts from Addison Circle often arrive with the counter past due; a $189–$329 Service A with the oil specification on the invoice fills the turn-in file.

A GLE or GLS that settles overnight in the Vitruvian Park garage has a leak we isolate to one strut or the valve block, quoted separately.

Keys lost between Addison Airport and the office are replaced and programmed here for $350–$650 without a dealer visit.

Questions
Yes, and that is a sensible way to get a multi-day repair done without missing the car. Tell us the travel dates when you book so the work is scheduled inside them, and ask about keeping the car on site beyond the repair window. Before you book, email service@mercedesbenzrepair.net with the dates and the fault.
We inspect it against the same items the turn-in scores: tire tread and matching, pad and rotor thickness, glass, the service counter and stored faults. You get a written list with a range for each item and decide what to fix here.
Yes. Belt Line east through Richardson to US-75, south on Central to Northwest Highway, then east past White Rock Lake to Ferguson Road or Buckner Boulevard. It adds about ten minutes on a clear day and saves twenty on a bad one.
A single corner down overnight that rises after starting is a leak at that strut or the valve block, not the compressor; the compressor becomes the second repair only if the leak is left to wear it out. We soak-test the corner, then quote the strut at $1,100–$2,200 or the valve block at $450–$850.
