Reviews of Mercedes Benz Repair Dallas
Repairs covered by a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty, independent shop
How does the shop ask for reviews?
Every customer is asked for a review after the visit, once the car has been driven long enough to know the repair held. The request goes out by the same channel you used to book, with a link to the shop's public review profile, and it goes to everyone, not only to the visits that went smoothly.
The shop does not pay for reviews, does not offer discounts in exchange for them and does not write them. A review that mentions the chassis, the repair and the estimate versus the invoice is more useful to the next owner than a star count, and the request says so.
Where are reviews published, and are they edited?
Reviews are published unedited on the shop's public review profile; this page will link to it as soon as the profile is live. Nothing is trimmed, reordered or filtered by rating, and the shop replies on the profile itself so the exchange stays visible.
Until the profile exists, no ratings, counts or quotes appear on this site, because a number without a source is worth nothing to you. When the link appears, the figure you see there is the only figure there is.
What makes a review useful, and what if something goes wrong?
The most useful review names the car (a 2012 ML350, a W204 C300), the problem as you experienced it, what the written estimate said, what the invoice said and how the car has behaved since. That lets the next owner with the same chassis judge the shop on the job that matters to them, not on a general impression.
If a repair does not hold or the visit falls short, email service@mercedesbenzrepair.net before posting; a return visit under the 2-year/24,000-mile warranty is the fastest fix for a covered part. Post the review afterward in either case, including what the shop did about it. A complaint handled in the open is more credible to future customers than a page of unbroken praise.
Questions
What do customers ask about reviews?
On the shop's public review profile, linked here once the profile is live. No reviews or ratings are reproduced on this site before then.
Yes. Send it to service@mercedesbenzrepair.net with the car and the repair named, and say whether it may be published. Emailed reviews are kept on file and, with your permission, quoted on this page once the review profile is live, unedited and with the car and repair named.
Before anything else, email service@mercedesbenzrepair.net. Covered parts and labor fall under the 2 years parts and 2 years labor, up to 24,000 miles, nationwide terms. If the issue is not covered, you get a written explanation of why and an estimate for the fix, and you are welcome to describe the exchange in your review.
